Simply arrive as you are. We provide everything you'll need — towels, warm oils, and refreshments. We ask only that you arrive on time to allow yourself to settle into the experience. Avoid heavy meals or alcohol beforehand.
Free rescheduling is available up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment may incur a cancellation fee. We understand life happens — just let us know as soon as possible.
Payment is required before your session to secure your booking. We accept cash (NZD) and credit/debit cards. All prices include GST where applicable, and receipts are available upon request.
Yes. Discretion is at the heart of everything we do. Your visit, your details, and your experience remain entirely confidential. Our West Auckland location is shared only after booking confirmation to ensure your privacy.
Yes, absolutely. When booking, you're welcome to request a specific practitioner. While we always do our best to accommodate requests, availability depends on scheduling. If your preferred girl is unavailable, we'll let you know and help you choose another beautiful experience.

- Any attempts to request services not included in the massage package will result in immediate termination of your session, without refund.
